Mrs. Story's resignation creates a vacancy on the Board. Chairman Collier has requested nominations from each Trustee following the same procedure utilized to fill the most recent vacancy. The nominees from the most recent selection process, Mr. Sam Horton, Ms. Grace Resendez McCaffery, Mr. Lester Smith, Mr. LuTimothy May and Rev. Dr. Michael Johnson, have already been accepted by the Chairman as nominees for the new vacancy. Additional nominees may only be submitted by current CMPA Trustees. Each Trustee may nominate one candidate. All nominations must be received by noon, Wednesday, May 7, 2008. The selection of the new Trustee will be on the agenda of the May 9, 2008 meeting. Please invite your nominee to attend that meeting.
