This message is to confirm the mandatory RFP pre-submission workshop will be help on Thursday, February 14, 2008. The mandatory RFP workshop will be from 11a.m. to 12 p.m. Central Standard Time, in the Hagler/Mason Conference Room, City Hall, Pensacola, FL. Trustees of the Community Maritime Park Associates, Inc. may be in attendance at the 11, a.m. workshop, therefore that meeting will be properly advertised and open to the public.

Following the workshop, Master Developer Candidates will have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with Mr. Owen Beitsch, RFP Consultant to CMPA, on the following schedule:

1-2 p.m. CST: Trinity Capital
2-3 p.m. CST: Carter Real Estate
3-4 p.m. CST: Hammas Company
4-5 p.m. CST: Land Capital Group

One-on-one meetings will be held at Caldwell Associates Architects, 116 North Tarragona Street, Pensacola, FL. The order of meetings was determined by a random, blind drawing and is not indicative of any previous order, ranking or preference.
