Subject: We Want Our CMP!

Dear Councilman Hall,

We at the Lipham house are for the CMP. We just had friends move here from the Jacksonville area and the first thing they tapped into was the arts festival. They loved it. They are in the 30 to 40 year old range and are accustomed to an area where there are lots of things to do. Pensacola is in desperate need of a revitalized downtown and waterfront area. This should be our biggest attraction for bringing new people to the area. A community driven downtown will help us to become an even better place to live. Thank you for your time.
