As a resident of Escambia County, I would like to encourage you as a member of the Pensacola City Council to explore a Plan B for financing the CMP. There has to be alternative financing methods available in the financial world. Please do everything you can to explore these opportunities as I feel the CMP means so much to the future of Pensacola.
